Store Policies

The policy at Three Muses Inspired Clothing is simple- we want you to be happy and come back to shop again. Good customer service is the base of our business. The more business we do, the more we realize how important this is.

We promise to process your order quickly and accurately and respond asap to any questions or problems as soon as possible.

We accept returns on all unworn items except custom work. All sales are final on custom costumes, though alterations are free. Customer is still responsible for shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of original delivery, and returned in the same condition it arrived- unworn with tags attached. Hosiery and other sealed packaged items must be unopened. If there is any evidence the item has been worn or damaged (make-up on collar, smells of smoke/perfume, scuffs on shoes, etc.) no refund will be issued. Please return items to the address on your invoice. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue the refund for the price of the item minus shipping costs. Refund will be given by the same method used for original payment. If your order does not come with an invoice, please return to the address on the package it came in. Be sure to include a printout of your order, or at least your name and contact info so we know who to credit.
