Two layer nylon net knee length black petticoat made with 17 yards of fabric for a full skirt. Very nice quality with ribbon trimmed edges and inner organza layer so petticoat is soft against skin. Made with an elastic waist, so there is a lot of overlap in sizing. We recommending choosing the smallest size you think you need, rather than larger, because the waist will stretch.

Lengths: Small 21", Medium 22", and Large and XL 23"

Waist: Small 23"-42", Medium 25-46", Large 27-50", XL 29-54"
