Mid-thigh length tulle tutu in Mardi Gras colors of green, purple and yellow gold features an elastic waist that will stretch from 26"- 48" so this will fit a very wide range of sizes. The tulle is very very soft. This is not the stiff scratchy kind. Each piece is hand knotted on the waist band to produce a nice thick fluff and good coverage. Photo shows tutu finger brushed and smoothed down. You can also fluff it up for a more wild and full effect.
