Super short, full and fluffy Ballerina tulle tutu in vibrant purple features an elastic waist that will stretch from 26"- 48" so this will fit a very wide range of sizes. The purple one is a couple inches longer than some of the other short tutus (hard to tell in photo). The Bad Tulle tutus are softer and fluffier than the Leg Avenue brand we also sell.
